MY FITNESS GOALS
Mention a clear fitness goal that you want to achieve. Below it, right down the day to day goals following which you automatically achieve your fitness goals.
CONSISTENCY TRACKER
- Use calendar view to add daily entries to the tracker. (You can use a simple space [ ] or a serial number to create headings for every entry).
- Tick the checkbox if you went to the gym that day. Track your calorie count daily.
- In the table view, you can see % of days you went to the gym in the last 30 days. You can also see your average calorie count per day.
WORKOUT ROUTINE
- 3 views
- All exercises with weight and no. of reps mentioned for each exercise.
- Exercises according to body parts
- Your workout routine (according to different days)
- In columns named Set1/2/3/4, write “Weight used x No. of reps” for each exercise.
